Key Responsibilities

Builds strong working relationships with our customers through effective communication and an understanding of customer needs. Reviews open order status and provides updates via phone, email, spreadsheets, and/or regular conference calls.

Maintains customer information, export documentation, creates new ship to information in required systems. May process or partner with quality to administer customer service surveys.

Responsible for the entry of orders from customers for products. Handles several administrative functions including following up with customers requesting credit memos and processing and posting credits and rebills, and scanning/filing customer purchase orders.

Creates and sends acknowledgement of orders and shipping notices (esis, edi, etc.). Ensures accuracy of all sales orders. Accurately quotes prices using standard pricing information and customer specific pricing agreements.

Accurately calculates total prices and quantities related to sales orders. Verifies the necessary information related to inventory.

Accurately identifies the type, amount and required date of product ordered and coordinates with shipping tomeet customer specific requirements. Adheres to all export compliance activities and requirements for product export. Uses GPS system to verify export/import requirements for various countries.

Works with other departments, including, but not limited to quality and planning, to expedite orders to meet customer demand. Communicates with Quality to ensure our conformance with customer requirements.

Coordinates resolution of non-conforming products and issues. Participates in all audits (Weekly Price Audits in QAD, AS9100, Nadcap FAA, EH&S, export compliance). Participates in 6S activities. Complies with Environment, Health, and Safety requirements and procedures at all times. Performs other tasks as assigned.

Experience and Education

High school degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Basic administrative experience required.

Functional and Technical Skills

Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations including decimals, fractions, and percents. Must be able to operate a computer and perform accurate data entry operations.

Must be able to effectively read, write, and communicate in English. Must be able to wear required PPE when applicable with or without reasonable accommodation.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Senior Manager, Customer Quality is responsible for understanding and representing the customer experience for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) products. The successful candidate will be a technically knowledgeable customer facing experienced engineering or medical personnel who operates using facts and data and has excellent communication skills. This role is focused on understanding and championing the customers' experiences and not on sales and marketing. The Senior Manager utilizes their understanding of the customer experience to provide input for product improvements and new product development, as well as to answer technical questions and product performance questions for the customers and commercial team. This role involves frequent interaction with all levels of the organization including Executive Management as well as representing the technical organization to the customer.
