Equity Title is currently looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Glendale, CA. The ideal candidate will use a team approach to deliver truly remarkable service to both our internal and external customers.
This position is responsible for providing timely and accurate Property Profiles, Legal and Vestings, and any other needs of our customers. Assist in the receipt of verbal and written orders from internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner, utilizing the appropriate paperwork, forms, telephone etiquette, etc. consistent with applicable Company policy & procedure. Utilize live chat to provide superior customer service through our online portal.
Support all customer service team members to ensure all processes are performed at identified performance levels. Process both internal and external customer service requests in the forms of Property Profiles, Legal and Vesting & General property inquiries, which are measured by the customer. Ensure the correct property is located in identifying a Property Profile, as requested by the customer.
Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Service environment or other related job, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong knowledge in Outlook 2003, 2007, Microsoft Office 2003, 2007.
Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be willing to work variable shifts, flextime, and extended hours as needed.
