Job Summary & Responsibilities

Rebalancing parts between 3PL and regions for CSAT- 25%

o Work with supply chain re-balance parts to move inventory to 3PL

o Manage and maintain WW 3PL locations to support goal @ 95% lines with stock (LWS)

o Perform transactions accordingly to rebalance inventory.

Entering routine sales orders and return material authorizations (RMA) orders

  • 10%

Processing inquiries/requests from customers, ONTO Field Organization and branch offices which may or may not be routine in nature

  • 10%

Provide quotations for price and availability of spare parts to customers and FSE's

  • 10%

Provide service coordination with MFG.

  • 10%

o Sending requests for service parts to manufacturing for emergency shipments

o (Service Planning) When necessary, print pick list, pick parts, and provide parts and shipping details to shipping personnel

Expedite and prioritize parts from manufacturing for emergency shipments

  • 10%

Maintain/update Installation and service records databases

  • 5%

Service Contract Administration

  • 10%

Assist on special projects

  • 10%

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Bachelors or Associates Degree in Business or related field

+3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in spares planning, customer service, logistics.

Ability to work remotely and independently from corporate office.
