Customer Service Rep II (Global Manufacturing)

Job Summary & Responsibilities • Use Oracle & SAP to transact parts from the ONTO warehouse to customer location. (Sales Order Processing). o Including printing, pick list, packing list, and provide parts shipment details to shipping personnel. • Use Oracle/SAP and email communication to transfer parts internally. • Process Return Material Authorizations (RMA) Orders • Provide Quotations for price and availability to customers and FSE's. • Records and maintains inventory of quantity and type of materials and parts received, stocked, and distributed, using computer ERP system. • Compiles and maintains records, such as material inventory records, production records, and timecards, using computer. • Confers with department supervisors to determine overdue material and parts and to inform supervisors of material status. • Receives parts into Service Inventory locations Qualifications Education & Experience: Computer Skills

• Including Microsoft Office products. (Outlook/Teams) Knowledge of ERP Systems such as Oracle and SAP are advantageous Knowledge of International shipping is a plus Associates Degree and/or three years of relevant experience. 5 years of manufacturing customer service experience preferred. Knowledge: Computer skills - must be proficient in Excel, performing lookup, charting, for analysis.
  
  Experience working within a manufacturing/Service environment. Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instructions Ability to communicate clearly with others in a professional and courteous manner Build and maintain relationship.
