Volt is immediately hiring for a Customer Service Representative I at Kent, WA.

As a Customer Service Representative I, you will:

  • Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.

  • Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.

  • Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.

  • Monitor progress of delivery routes.

  • Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.

  • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

This is a Full-Time Contract opportunity.

Schedule: This will be 8 hours shift 5 days a week (in between Monday - Saturday).

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Spanish Speaking preferably.

  • 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment.

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • High school Diploma/ GED desired.

Payrate Range in Between - $18 - $19/hourly

  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
