Customer Service Rep Evening

Customer Service Representative Full Time positions available to answer basic order calls and customer inquiries. As a key member of our Customer Experience Team helping customers enjoy the hobby of coin collecting, your primary responsibilities are as follows: Responding in a friendly, courteous manner to answer customer phone calls in a fast paced sequence Accurately entering orders and resolving customer basic questions Earn additional incentives through our phone feature program Qualified applicants will meet the following requirements: High school diploma or GED Solid telephone customer service ability; prior experience a plus Patience and exceptional listening skills Ability to enter 35 words per minute while talking to the customer Confidence in multi-tasking Dependability and reliability Attentiveness for detail and a desire for accuracy Ability and availability to work overtime.
