Our websites are: www.studio-1.us www.west-38.com www.mapsstudio.nyc We are looking for 3 full time permanent Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Parkland, near Coral Springs.

Ideally you will speak both English and Spanish. This is a busy and exciting role in which you will be working as part of a team assisting our clients with customer service and aftercare. You will also assist with the accounts team so some billing experience would be a plus.

Your duties include: Assisting clients who are in our aftercare program Assisting clients who are on our diary Confirming appointments Moving and rescheduling appointments Dealing with general inquiries Assisting with Administrative duties Hours of work: Monday to Friday, a mixture of 9am-5pm Personal attributes:

Must have customer service experience with a professional telephone manner. Enjoy talking to people in an upbeat manner. Have a high level of organizational skills.

Have a keen eye for detail and an exceptional level of accuracy Be self-motivated with a strong character and positive attitude. Be hard working, enthusiastic, and reliable. Be able to work as part of a team and also on own initiative.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $33,000.00 per year
