As a Customer Service Rep and Estimator, you are a key member in Upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. You are responsible for handling service requests and preparing estimates within the scope of work while growing new relationship and cultivating existing relationship.

You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
Schedule estimates & cleans
Follow up with prospective customer by phone or email
Perform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply inventory
Meet with customers to estimate cost of jobs and services
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Minimum two years admin experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
Team player who can work independently
