Location: San Antonio, Texas; 100% on site Title: Customer Service Professionals Key Requirements: At least 1 year's previous experience in a contact center environment handling inbound, outbound and call transfers.

Strong understanding of call and email etiquette to deliver outstanding customer service, including accurate call summaries and query resolutions. Previous experience in health/medical or insurance sectors is a plus. Proficiency in administering claims, enrolment and billing processes using standard operating procedures.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions. Familiarity with software systems such as CRM (Salesforce/SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint). Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a PLUS. What We're Looking For:
