Customer Service Professional

Our client in Malvern is looking to fill a customer service position on a temp to hire basis. The salary is $20-$22 an hour. The hours are 8 am to 4pm with 30 minutes for lunch 37.5 hours a week. Dress Code is Business Casual This customer service position provides support functions that facilitate the timely execution of client services under the direction of the team leader. The ideal individual must be self motivated for quick on-the-job training, and be able to work in a team environment. The position involves: Daily interaction with internal and external customers Responding to customer needs in a timely manner Offering solutions to requests Processing claims Ordering services for the client Database look-up and management Qualifications: Demonstrate understanding of good work ethic Strong and accurate data entry (submitting claims) Analytical skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to pick up data base/computer systems easily High School diploma Familiarity with insurance industry a plus At least 3 years customer service experience Solid knowledge of MS Office - Outlook and Excel
