Customer Service Manager 2904 Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:

• Management of a team comprising 4-5 individuals.

• Collaboration with all company departments to ensure outstanding customer service and resolve any interdepartmental issues.

• Regular interaction with the customer service team to supervise their tasks, performance, and address any emerging issues, providing necessary solutions.

• Frequent communication with other managers to comprehend their needs and convey customer service expectations.

• Ensuring accurate and rapid data entry. Customer Service Manager Requirements: - 3-4 years of proven experience in managing people.

• Ability to retain significant technical information and think critically independently.

• Management of a team of 4-5 members.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, basic internet applications, and ERP systems. Training will be provided, but foundational computer knowledge is required.

• A sense of urgency in promptly resolving issues, both internally and externally.

• Ability to read and interpret basic Excel reports.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

• Ability to generate summaries, identify issues, and propose solutions.

• Essential data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy and speed.

• Must have: Experience with B2B Distributor, Lighting Industry.

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:15 PM.
