  RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary focus is Service; Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Including, responding to phone/online/email inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, processing policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, billing clarification and resolving issues. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance coverages and options.
  
  Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business. Establish long lasting customer relationships to identify sales, marketing and retention opportunities. Supporting agency team members and their clients through the sales process.
  
  Sales retention, ability to resolve issues, concerns, questions is critical. Assistant to Agent; performing a variety of administrative tasks such as screening and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing calendar, answering phone calls and email, producing reports, supply management, planning and preparing office/customer events, meetings, and promotional activities. QUALIFICATIONS: Dedicated to customer service.
  
  Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, anticipate their needs, and identify sales opportunities. Excellent communication skills to assist, retain customers and coordinate with other agency team members. Proactive in problem-solving Possess or able to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance License Possess or able to obtain Life and Health Insurance License Bilingual
