Position Summary: A Customer Service Manager will provide overall management and leadership forthe day to day functions of the Customer Service Department.
Required Skills and Experience:
High School diploma or GED.
5 years of current supervisory experience working in a customer service, or client service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Provides overall management to the customer service department and ensures that all operations run in an effective and professional manner within the department.Drives communicationbetween Reinhart customers and the Sales &Distribution departments.
Ensures overall customer satisfaction and accuracy of customer data; resolves difficult customer complaints/issues; maintains appropriate record keeping.
Maintains records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, issues, comments and resolution.
Works in conjunction with sales and operations; works with appropriate departments to resolve customer issues such as service or billing issues.
Other projects or duties as assigned.
