  • Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST.

    It may be necessary, given the business need, to work over 40 hours as needed. This will be on-the-job training and the hours during training will be 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST from Monday

  • Friday. Training will be conducted virtually from your home. All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy. Primary Responsibilities:

    Manage and be accountable for professional employees. Coordinate and supervise daily / weekly / monthly activities of team members. Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met.

    Coordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc. Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment. Work to further define and create new processes related to the identification and resolution of operational problems.

    Provide coaching, feedback, and annual performance reviews as well as formal corrective action. You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:

    High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age OR older 3 years of customer service OR call center experience in a leadership role (not limited to people leaders) 1 years of previous OR current experience with either UMR OR United Health Shared Services (UHSS) in one of the following roles: Integration Manager, Team Lead, OR Supervisor Experience with GEHA members Proficiency with Windows PC applications and Microsoft Office

  • Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook (ability to create, edit, save, and send documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence), Microsoft OneNote (able to create, set up new tabs, and edit), Microsoft Teams (able to use it to effectively communicate with team) Ability to work any full-time, 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST from Monday

  • Friday including the flexibility to work over 40 hours as needed Telecommuting Requirements: Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Washington, or Rhode Island Residents Only:

    The salary range for this is $70,200 - $137,800 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
