The Myers-Aubrey Company is looking for a Customer Service Manager in the Broken Arrow, Oklahoma area to help us manage and grow an established territory. Duties include sales calls with customers, generating quotations, and working with customers to apply the products. Being a Customer Service Manager monitor and measure service metrics and utilize to develop standards, improvements, or changes to process. Make recommendations for changes to products or services based on customer feedback and requests. The Customer Service Manager will support this vision by providing unparalleled customer service in Industrial Filtration Products from initial inquiry through final shipment. The Customer Service Manager must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. He or She will also collaborate extensively with customers, sales and field service personnel to conceive and develop industry leading process solutions.
Timely and accurate processing of sales quotes, orders and expedites.
Listen, understand and convey customer requirements.
Resolve customer order difficulties to minimize cancellations, product returns and credits; bring difficult matters to the attention of the Customer Service Director promptly.
Know and use company's policies and approved procedures and bring necessary procedural exceptions to the attention of the Customer Service Director, in advance of action when possible.
Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
Maintain expert level of product knowledge and applications.
Constantly grow in product knowledge.
Provide hands-on and remote support for system startup and troubleshooting.
Work with the account management and customer service teams to provide rapid response to customer RFQs.
Identify customer's needs and sales opportunities to help future growth.
Work alongside Outside Sales with possible leads obtained through quote follow ups.
Visit customer sites with sales and field service personnel and participate in needs analysis, spec development and problem solving, to enable development of best-in-class systems and offerings that leverage Myers-Aubrey's capabilities.
Strong technical aptitude, engineering degree preferred
2+ years related work experience (Not Compulsory)
