Job Description

Primary responsibilities for the Customer Service Manager role will include coaching and developing and Customer Service Representatives for Allflex Inc., U.S. operations. This position will be responsible for the direct supervision of the Customer Support team and a resource for the Commercial Services activities of the team.

The manager will be in charge of motivating, training, and improving/maintaining colleagues and workplace morale. The manager will also be in charge of monitoring, reviewing, and improving/maintaining processes and procedures to improve efficiencies while maintaining compliance (Finance and Audit).

This position is responsible for developing customer relationships through leadership with the Account Managers, Sales and responsible for continually driving the service level. Interact with USDA for livestock device management in Animal Disease Traceability System.

Qualifications:

Education Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience & Skills

  • Previous managerial experience (5+ years)

  • Experience of business and process improvement techniques

  • Minimum of 5 years recent and proven Manager experience

  • MUST have at least 1+ years of SAP experience,

  • A PLUS if you have SAP implementation exposure

  • Experience of successful change management and/or application of continuous/business improvement techniques

  • Commercial and Distribution exposure is A PLUS as you will be in constant contact with that side of the business

  • Able to develop, present, and explain in-depth reports (Excel level

  • Advanced)

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Animal Health Industry experience is a plus

  • Disposition: High levels of honesty and integrity; Positive, can-do philosophy; Forward thinking
