We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team and ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, resolving customer inquiries, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, training staff, and developing performance metrics to ensure our team consistently exceeds customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead the customer service team to deliver high-quality support.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. Handle escalated customer complaints and inquiries. Analyze customer feedback to improve processes and services.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of customer service metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field. 3 years of experience in customer service management. Experience managing multiple supervisors.
