We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.
The successful candidate is expected to contribute positively to the implementation of our Vision and Mission, operate in a collaborative team setting, and maintain high productivity levels and quality of work.

Schedule: Part time.
Shift: Day Job.
Employment Type: Online Office, Remote.

  • Work with Office Coordinator to process payments for our company's clients.

  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.

  • Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing transactions.

  • Transactions document support.

  • Keep all records at our Virtual Office.

  • Ensure timely and compliant customers payments processing keeping an eye on the payments engine and taking care of payments which need manual intervention.

  • Respond to all notifications in a timely manner (emails, sms, phone calls).

Position Overview Customer Service Manager is responsible for all support and customer service for the company. The Customer Service Manager is responsible for planning and implanting strategies and operations, improving systems and processes and leading the customer service/call center. The incumbent will serve as the champion for Evolution Spines customer base and will ensure execution of strategies consistent with the organizations mission and vision. Essential Job Functions * Read procedures fully before performing any tasks. Required training must be completed before attempting any procedure or protocol * Provide Front-line/Call Center contact with customers via phone, email, or indirect communication through account managers with speed and professionalism * Proactively assist customers and other departments issues * Document issues/inquires and maintain customer data and files within multiple databases. * Act as Customer advocate by making formal requests for enhancements and increasing the priority of issues when necessary. * Work collaboratively to build and maintain productive working relationships with Customer Support team members and across other departments to make sure customer needs are met and inquiries are resolved * Responsible for being an additional resource for entry level employees helping them to become more familiar with sections standard processes, practices and procedures. * Provide training for new employees and act as resource and knowledge base * Be the representative in meetings and committees. * Perform support in a manner technically appropriate, according to department approved policy and procedures.
