ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruit Customer Service staff including hiring, onboarding, training and coaching.

  • Supervise the daily operations of the department including quote and order entry.

  • Review daily reports to evaluate staff efficiency and track metrics.

  • Delegate responsibilities according to experience and ability.

  • Interact with customers and handle customer inquiries and issues.

  • Develop knowledge of market, products and pricing.

  • Work closely with Sales/regional Sales leadership to identify opportunities and support growth.

  • Communicate with Operations to overcome obstacles, streamline processes and ensure timeliest order fulfilment.
