Job Details Description The Customer Service Manager is responsible for supervising and leading the store team to achieve goals and enhance the customer experience. This position involves providing leadership, enforcing company policies, and ensuring a safe and secure environment.
Major Duties and Responsibilities: Create a welcoming environment and respond to customer needs Observe and guide staff to improve customer experience Provide leadership, drive sales, and handle complex transactions Train and coach Store Associates Analyze performance and develop action plans Communicate with management to increase sales and assess staff performance Direct, support, and provide feedback to staff Assist with recruiting and maintaining store standards Plan and execute merchandising and sales promotions Participate in continued education and product knowledge Assist with inventory management Perform all duties as Store Associate Qualifications 1-2 years of retail management experience Ability to work flexible hours Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to operate business machines and electronic devices Ability to handle cash and maintain required certifications Ability to repeatedly lift 40-50 pounds and stand for extended periods The Pay range for this position is $19.00-$22.00 based on experience Binny's offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) plan, educational reimbursement, paid time off, and employee discount.
