Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery is currently seeking a Customer Service Manager, with experience in the medical field, to train and lead our Customer Service team. This is a call center environment for a well-known dermatology company. We pride ourselves in becoming the largest dermatology practice in the country, with no plans on stopping! Customer Service Manager duties Include:
Provides daily oversight of customer service department
Implement directives from executive team
Assess staff for compliance with corporate policies and procedures
Participate in special projects and/or assignments as requested by President/COO
Recruit, train and develop customer services representatives
Determine staffing needs based on workload/maintain adequate staffing levels
Monitor customer service quality of all customer service agents
You must meet all of the below criteria to be considered for this position:
Medical experience required
High call volume experience required
Minimum one year experience in a MEDICAL billing office setting with knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9, CPT coding, and how to read and interpret EOB's required.
Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills
Related computer experience, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Next Gen experience preferred
Extremely accurate keyboard ability and attention to detail
Working knowledge of office equipment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
