  • The Customer Service Liaison proactively ensures a wonderful first and last impression for visitors, patients and guests, and greets and directs patients and visitors to their respective destinations. This person answers informational questions regarding locations of departments, looking up#appointments # patient rooms, hours of operation, visiting hours, distributes visitor passes, communicates, screens visitors, problem-solves, makes decisions to insure the best outcome for the patient, visitor and guest. Escort#s visitors as well as transport#s visitors in wheelchairs.# The Customer Service Liaison#is a self-directed position of responsibility and independent decision-making on behalf of our patients, guests and visitors. Position Requirements: Education: High School Graduate/GED Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability#to interact in a#manner that is positive, confident, and empathetic. Excellent customer service skills and ability to problem-solve. Able to be self-directed and knowledgeable when to seek assistance. Excellent conflict resolution skills and ability to handle stressful situations. Bilingual / fluent in Spanish#preferred.# Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service position preferred.
