Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Facilitate client communication in a professional manner Welcome clients and their pets to the hospital in a friendly and courteous manner Manage the hospital's appointment book Manage the client and patient flow Maintaining patient records Lead and support the CSR Team Administrative duties pertaining to the operations of the front desk The practice hours are Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm Competitive compensation is based on experience and skill level.
