POSITION SUMMARY

  • All BBB Industries associates deliver superior customer service while maintaining a positive environment to elevate the overall customer experience. The Customer Service Associate will be helping customers resolve information and issue requests quickly and effectively via phone and email. The company and the customer need to maintain or develop a strong relationship, in a fast-paced environment, make sure the customers are satisfied.

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Oracle CX team lead, working with CS teams and IT to improve and develop user opportunities leading to more effective system driven efficiencies and overall user and customer experience.

  • Work with Commercial Team (PV/CV) to identify and target key accounts to develop stronger relationships, developing inside sales, targeting revenue growth opportunities.

  • Work directly with Department leaders to further develop, manage, and report team KPI metrics.

  • Provide customers with assistance on order placement, order status, order tracking, stock checks, price quotes, and application look up.

  • Communicate customer agreements with BBB, and BBB policies as they relate to product sales and service to customer.

  • Ensure and provide quality service to customers as well as intra company departments.

  • Utilize internal data and web-based systems to resolve and or provide correct information to customer.

  • Execute phone, email, and IM correspondence intra company and with customers.

  • Provide support of catalog, product, order, and part number cross reference inquiries to the customers satisfaction.

  • Participate and provide expertise as a member of the customer service department team. The teams objectives are to develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase efficiency and responsiveness of the customer service department with focus on enhancing the customers experience with the company.

Minimum qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Experience with CRM systems
