Customer Service Clerks staff our Customer Service Counters and provide many services to our customers, including answering and routing telephone calls, solving problems, issuing money orders, providing rain checks, lottery, and selling convenience items like postage stamps and bus passes. Customer Service clerks work with computers, adding machines, cash register systems, and frequently use the store intercoms to make announcements and to contact various departments. In addition, they must be able to perform all duties of a cashier.

Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to frequently lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Must pass Math Test.
