Customer Service Internship

Your Role

This summer BeaconMedaes will be offering a full-time summer internship. We are seeking a Customer Service Intern to help support our team. This internship provides the opportunity to work with our Customer Support team, getting to know how we provide exceptional customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities are focused on the following:

• Expedite the shipment of customer backorders by using list of open orders.

• Follow up on open returns with customers and sales representatives.

• Follow up with vendors on open drop ship orders.

• Assist the Customer Care team with some order entry.

• Assist with writing step-by-step instructions on how to perform certain customer service-related tasks.

• Other customer service-related activities as assigned.

• Fast learner with an efficient way of working

• Ability to succeed in fast paced situations

• Open, communicative, and team-oriented personality

• Customer oriented

Work Schedule:

• Students should be able to commit to 40 hours/week employment during the internship program and be able to work on-site at our Rock Hill, SC facility.

• Eligible to work in the United States without company assistance.

Education:

• Rising Junior or Senior as an Undergraduate student at an accredited college, university, or technical/vocational institution.

• Obtaining a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a Business-related degree are welcome to apply.

• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.
