The Prime Finance business provides it hedge fund clients with first class service, leveraging Citi's global footprint. Some of the services provided include:
To be a team member within the Prime Finance Middle Office providing support to both the prime finance business and our Prime Brokerage clients.
Manage the processing of standard and complex customer transactions (securities settlement, money wires, book transfers)
Respond to telephone inquiries within 3 ring standard, immediate resolution of general and some complex questions to customers satisfaction
Proactively monitor customer accounts and surface issues and provide solutions to customers
Assist in the completion of daily, weekly and monthly deliverables and projects. May conduct/participate in client visits and calls to discuss service issues.
Requirements to include:
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years experience in Securities Operations environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal and team work skills.
Must demonstrate a high level of initiative.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong PC skills with technical proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access.
