Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will involve:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Communicating with customers regarding products and services using email and phone platforms
Full range of billing and collections duties
Negotiating and completing order requests as needed
Working with customers patiently, tactfully and efficiently
Accurately computing and quoting various fees and adjustments
Providing options to the customer based on product and service needs
Full range of repair resolution duties
Qualifications
Some things we consider critical for this role:
Experience in a customer focused role
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and make solid decisions
Professional
History of excellent work attendance
Basic math skills, data entry skills, and sales aptitude
Basic knowledge of legacy Telco products preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office
