As a Customer Service Estimator, you will play a critical role in our sales process, ensuring that customers receive accurate quotes and high-quality service. You will work closely with distributors, end users, and customers to provide detailed product information and assist in processing orders, while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Estimator to join our team. As a key player in our sales process, you will:
Develop Accurate Quotes: Respond to sales inquiries from distributors, end users, and potential customers by providing precise quotes and detailed product information across all our equipment lines.
Process Customer Orders: Communicate customer requirements to internal teams, ensuring that orders are accurate and complete. Prepare final specifications and generate necessary files for Engineering, Transportation, and Production departments to keep the process seamless.
Stay Connected with Customers: Maintain regular communication with customers and dealers to keep them informed about quotes, order status, and delivery schedules. Your timely updates and accurate information will ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
Apply Product Knowledge: Use your understanding of product sizing and application to recommend the best solutions to customers. Incorporate feedback from other departments to fine-tune accuracy in quotes and product specifications.
Use Business Tools: Document and manage the sales process using E1ERP, Google, and Salesforce. Ensure that all sales quotes are thorough and reflect any special requirements, such as unique products, services, or transportation needs.
Ensure Quality and On-Time Delivery: Maintain a high standard of quality in all sales processes and closely monitor production schedules to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal teams to ensure a top-notch customer experience. Adapt to additional duties as needed, providing support wherever required to ensure customer satisfaction.
