Job Description:

Pentair is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation Administrator to work within our Customer Service team. This is a great opportunity to be involved with document control, team training, diverse projects, and provide general administrative support. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Champion for training program:

  • Create training content

  • Maintain training matrix and validate employee compliance

  • Coordinate training and maintain associated records

  • Work closely with Training team and management team to identify training opportunities

  • Provide training feedback to managers and supervisors to promote continuous improvement

  • Maintain overall performance metrics for all of Customer Service, Technical Support, Training

  • Coordinate new employee onboarding & training (IT requests, HR information, etc.)

  • Quality Assurance

  • Audit contacts (calls, emails, chats, etc.) with managers and supervisors for root cause analysis

  • Create countermeasure plans for deficiencies

  • Document control and record keeping - properly update, store and input documents into a records system

  • Assist with internal systems training

  • Organize and schedule meetings and events

  • General day-to-day business operational support

  • Carry out clerical duties, such as answering phones, preparing documents, composing reports, conducting research and data entry

  • Additional tasks as assigned

Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required

  • 3+ years of experience within Customer Service field

  • Ambitious and Motivated

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

  • DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS

  • Innovative and forward thinking

  • Sound judgment and problem solving abilities

  • Actively listens to others

  • Clearly expresses oneself orally and in writing

  • Detail oriented

LANGUAGE SKILLS
