Monday Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

We are seeking a Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team at our company headquarters in Syracuse, NY. This position entails receiving telephone calls from customers; entering the service call information into our ERP; and managing the service calls for a team of field technicians.
