This position is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing support, guidance, proper follow-up and resolution to client inquiries or issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Promptly answers and logs phone calls, e-mail, and mail, in a professional and courteous manner
Assists new and existing customers, pre-sale and post-sale, with product related questions, including availability, installation, technical specifications, general maintenance and warranty
Strives for outstanding performance, positive attitude, team play, communication, planning, organization, quality, productivity, job knowledge, reliability, creativity, and initiative, interpersonal relationships, and judgment
Maintains a good, professional working relationship with superiors, peers, subordinates, and other department managers and personnel and maintains a positive environment of working conditions which includes professionalism, ethics, attitude, safety, quality and adherence to policies and procedures
Reliable attendance is crucial to effectively execute all duties

Requirements / Education
High school diploma or equivalent or an equivalent in related experience
Good with basic math
Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Experience with a multi-line phone system
Attention to detail
Pleasant phone personality
Ability to multi-task
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to perform repetitive motions of the wrist, hands, and fingers to use a computer
Bending and some lifting
Extensive writing and phone and radio use
Tasks can be very repetitive
