Customer Service Call Center Representative

Are you on the job market for a new full-time Customer Service Representative role with our client in the HVAC industry? No previous industry experience required Schedule : ONSITE Monday-Sunday availability from 8a-8p and an 8-hour shift will be assigned in that availability.

Bonus structure included Responsibilites of the Customer Service Representative: Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, aiming for a target of 150 calls daily Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products or services effectively Maintain accurate records of interactions, update customer information, and follow-up on commitments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative: 1 years of Customer Service experience preferrably in a Call Center setting Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers confidently and effectively over the phone Ascendo is a certified minority-owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
