You play a major role in how our members feel in the club and when they leave. You might be the first, last, and sometimes only associate that our members interact with. That's why it's so important to smile, greet, and thank each and every one.

We are looking for friendly faces to run registers, self check outs, club pick up and more! The pace can be really fast, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during a holiday season. There are times when you have to juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members: scanning items, processing payments, and maintaining a clean areayou get the idea!

Provided Verification of Coverages, mail Assumption letters, Explains policy information to Policyholders, Agents and Third Parties . Process Certificate of Insurance, Duplicate Policies, and California Paid Up Beneficiaries. Speak with Policy owners, Agents and Financial institutions when processing Collateral Assignments (Partial and Full), as well as Release of Assignments,Reinstatements, Policy History, and Disbursements. Job Functions: * Processes a variety of transactions which may include endorsements to change policy information, Send requested forms to make changes to policies. Research the files to validate accurate information on the system. Communicates in writing and on the phone, with policyholders, agents, and third parties. Understands the fundamentals of products serviced in Insurance Administration for Term, Universal Life, and Whole Life policies. Able to assist policyholders with receiving information needed to place assignments or release assignments on policies. Calculates partial surrender values and process Reduce Paid Up for Non forfeiture options. * Review and analyze production reports to develop goals or strategies to achieve personal, team and departmental goals. Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years work experience in a direct customer service related position, preferably insurance related. * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Some college a plus.
