As we continue to grow were looking for a qualified individual to serve as our companys Customer Service Associate (Product Development Department).
The Customer Service Associate will report to the Engineering Manager. This position is crucial to providing support to our product development team and is a newly created position due to growth!
A typical day for the Customer Service Associate includes:
Receiving inbound technical-related phone calls and emails and walking customers through the necessary steps to find a resolution
Investigating RMA cases
Developing templates/processes for managing and tracking RMAs
Negotiating and coordinating labor bills
Maintaining strong relationships with customers, and managing expectations with sales
This is a full time role onsite at our headquarters in the greater Philadelphia area. We encourage you to apply if you:
