Position DescriptionResponsible for assisting customers with all of their shopping needs including assisting customers in the selection, demonstration, preparation and loading of merchandise. Also responsible for responding to customer inquiries throughout their shopping experience including promoting customer loyalty plans and/or extended protection/replacement plans where appropriate.Job RequirementsCSA Sales Floor:

Requires morning, afternoon and evening availability any day of the week. Weekend/Holiday Team:

Requires morning, afternoon, and evening availability on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.Weekday Team:

Requires morning and afternoon availability Monday through Friday during peak day hours.Physical ability to move large, bulky and/or heavy merchandise. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.Minimum Qualifications6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.6 months experience using a handheld device (e.g., mobile phone, LRT gun, palm pilot, tablet, iPod) to enter, access, and output information.Preferred QualificationsAssociate's Degree in Business, Retail Management, Specialty related to department (e.g., design, appliances) or related field OR Certification in trade related to department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden).1 year retail experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs, including credit cards, installations, add-on sales, and explaining warranties, product features, and benefits.1 year retail experience providing customer service, including identifying and resolving customer issues, assisting customers in locating product, greeting customers, answering phones, building relationships with customers, and thanking customers for their business.1 year retail experience in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden).1 year experience working in any department at a Lowe's retail store.

Responsibilities * Referral File Management, including participant caseload Portal reassignments, status changes and related dissemination of updates to consultants).• Perform data entry and management functions, including contact scheduling/ oversight• Build, run and manage program reports as necessary.• Coordinate and manage supports broker training, staff functions and other events as necessary• Conduct user acceptance testing, as applicable, to validate system performance against required specifications. Identify and report gaps in information technology systems and processes.• Perform data analysis and quality assurance functions in support of I&A billing validation activities.• Create and follow up on Salad Bar tickets for production and development issues to be addressed by IT.• Coordinate office supply orders; maintain inventory of staff and supplies for main offices and remote staff.• Maintain current and revised program materials for internal use and external distribution.• Participate in financial and participant data quality checks.• Assist with new hire planning, logistics and set up – including training materials, name tags, office access badges, supplies, remote Five9 phone/ Time4Care application setup, computer procurement/ configuration, device tracking and returns.• Monitor Supports Broker training/ competency completion.• Support training and marketing events directed at stakeholders in communities served by PCG Public Partnerships.• Handle and process all documents, files and Participant information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and requirements.• Document and report all participant/representative complaints regarding PCG Public Partnerships services using required reporting processes and systems.• Provide logistical, operational, and technical support in management of facilities and remote office locations. Collaborate with Facilities Director and management to optimize office design and operations consistent with best practice.• Support unannounced Participants and Provider walk-ins.• Act as emergency liaison for respective office assignment.• Plan, manage and complete special projects as assigned. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress. Develop necessary procedures and/ or internal controls. Prepare reporting to upper management regarding status of projects.
