The Aerospace, Defense and Marine (Aerospace, Defense and Marine or AD&M) business unit of TE is part of the Industrial Solutions segment (Industrial Solutions) and is a world leader in the design of components and electrical interconnection solutions that are used for applications in extreme and rigorous environments. TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE's products or services.
They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy. In this role, you will be contributing to Inside Sales TEam by creating complex costing sheets and other schedules with Excel, working with quotations, pending and open orders and working cross functually with other TEams. This role is temporary role for 4-6 months.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Proficient with Excel
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Organized and Detail -oriented
Experience with Reading Drawings a plus
SalesForce and SAP experience a plus
