Responsibilities We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to support our branch locations and business operations by communicating effectively with current customers, potential customers, and vendors. The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem.

Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don't suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve. What You'll Do Answering telephones and directing persons and/or telephone calls to the appropriate branch, department or person.

Receiving and delivering messages verbally and/or in writing. Scheduling estimates, inspections, setting up new services and callbacks. Resolving Customer Service issues.

Processing and responding to customer emails. Providing administrative support to the department as needed including processing mail and other marketing materials. Developing positive working relationships between the Customer Service Center, Corporate, and Branch personnel.

Participating in the development of new programs, the training of new employees, and the continuing education of current employees as requested by Customer Service Center Leadership. Full participation in team meetings and training programs. Working modified shifts including evening and weekends as needed.

Compiling data. Operating computers, telephones, electronic calculators, fax machines, copiers, printers, and any other equipment used to effect the efficient, timely operation of the Customer Service Center Department. Other duties as assigned.

Pay of $19 per hour! Learn more about careers with Clark… Qualifications What You'll Need High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Professional communication skills (verbal and written) You must live within a reasonable commute driving distance of our corporate office located at 555 N. Guild Avenue, Lodi, CA 95240 and have the ability to drive to the corporate office at least one day per week.

Hybrid Work from Home Requirements Appropriate workspace in your home, private/semiprivate home-office space free of distractions and background noise A workspace with adequate furnishings (e.g., a desk and chair) and lighting Consistently reliable high-speed Internet service (broadband internet with a speed of 50 mbps or faster) WIFI may be used but some users will need a wired connection to their router depending on their home usage and speeds (Cellular HotSpots are not acceptable) What's Required We require the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations: Upon hire, employees will be requied to attend in-person training at the Corporate Office, Monday-Friday, for up to 8 weeks.
