Bluebird Self Storage is continuing to grow in Southern New Hampshire! We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in our Greenland, NH location. The hours and days we are looking to fill are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 2:00 PM- 8:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM- 4:00 PM.

Our customer service associates (CSAs) are the face of our organization, and therefore are expected to be team players with outstanding customer service skills. The CSA operates the front desk, performs routine administrative work, and assists with maintaining the cleanliness of our facility.

Your role here at Bluebird would entail:

  • Delivering superior customer service to both new and existing customers over the phone, in-person, and via email correspondence

  • Possessing a clear understanding of facility amenities and any ongoing specials

  • Assisting customers with determining their storage needs

  • Renting storage units to meet company goals

  • Monitoring surveillance cameras to ensure safety and security in the facility

  • Perform routine facility walk-throughs (both interior and exterior) throughout shift

  • Monitoring the facility for maintenance needs and assisting with the cleanliness and upkeep

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must be a team player

  • Must possess excellent customer service skills including the ability to adapt and respond to various tenant situations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Must be proficient in computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)

  • Must be able to sit, stand, bend, twist, lift

  • Experience in the self-storage industry is preferred but not required
