CDR Maguire Inc., a national engineering, health/medical and emergency management firm, seeking individuals who are interested in working as a front desk Customer Service representative, greeting and registering patients to obtain insurance information as a Full-Time member of our indoor Clinic for Covid Vaccine and Testing team located in the Miami Biscayne area opening mid Feb. This position is responsible for providing general administrative support, clerical and other support as needed with a very huge focus on customer service and is needed to start as soon as possible. Open 7 days a week between the hours of 7 am to 7 pm.

Duties may vary based on assignment but not limited to:

General Administrative
Data Entry
Registration/Discharge support

Must have a strong attention to detail
Must be computer literate
Physically able to adapt to various working environments (ie: indoor and outdoor)
Must be flexible with positive presence
May be:

lifting
bending
typing

Requirements

Exp in medical environment would be great.
Medical terminology knowledge would be great
Customer service experience in an office environment would be exceptional.
High School diploma or GED preferred
Ability to start ASAP
Be physically able to work under in various conditions: indoor and outdoor such as:
- Working long hourly shifts May be more or less than 40 hours per week and 5-7 days per week, depending upon assignment
- Standing for long periods of time
- Ability to lift packages up to 30 lbs.
Ability to understand and comply with all safety requirements
Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
Provide your own reliable transportation
May be required based on assignment to present a valid driver's license, and proof of vehicle insurance.
Must submit to and pass a drug screen, background check
Ability to provide Form I-9 documents that shows your identity and eligibility to work in the United States
Other duties which may arise that commensurate with the title and position

Eight of those beds are equipped for continuous seizure monitoring through video EEG. The epilepsy team and our specially trained staff partner together to give the best care to these patients.
