What success looks like in this role:
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Excellent verbal and written communication, logical and analytical skills. •Strong knowledge of ITIL Modules like Incident, Change and Problem Management. •Ability to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery. •Must be client focused, display interpersonal skills and be an effective team member.
College degreed applicants preferred and at least one year of applicable experience. Background investigation and drug screen required.
Must have strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint. Strong troubleshooting skills
Must have strong written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level. Strong phone skills are also required. A candidate who is also bilingual in Spanish, French and/or Japanese is helpful but not required.
Strong commitment to customer service
Must be able to apply critical thinking and analytical skills appropriately to resolve daily issues
Must be able to work remotely within 50 miles radius of in Indianapolis and travel to client site for urgent situations.

The hours for this position will be OPEN; possibly Tue
Training will be hands-on for approximately the first 6 months (could be shorter/longer) from 8 am
5 pm EST, Monday
Friday, and then will move the scheduled shift.
This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology. Therefore, to conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
