JOB SUMMARY: Provides customer service and helps our passengers make reservations, check-in for their flights, make payments and book freight shipments and charters.
Our Customer Service Agents are friendly and caring staff who are the face of the company with our passengers. They may work directly from our stations ticket counters or from a call center off-site.

Incumbent(s) may not be required to perform all duties listed and may be required to perform additional, position-specific duties.
The Customer Service Agents report to the Station Manager.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Make booking reservations for passengers, baggage and cargo.
Resolve customer service issues.
Process payments in cash, check, credit card or invoice.
Process various reports and computer data input.
Interface with customers in person, by email or over the phone.
Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
Non-supervisory One (1) year experience in customer service.
Supervisory No supervisory experience required.
MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The following demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to lift approximately 20 pounds.
