Requirements:
Softs Skills
Strong Listening & Communication Skills
Full-time hours (9am to 6 pm with occasional evenings and Saturday once per month)
1-2 years of Customer Service Experience Preferred
Computer Skills: Word, Excel, Office 365, Google Sheets
Must Be Able to Multi-Task
Strong at Resolving Customer Issues
