Customer Service Agent

The schedule for this position is Monday

• Saturday 200pm

• 800pm with an additional day off during the week Part-Time Non DOT Hourly pay is $20.34 per hour Paid weekly Job Duties Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 Lbs.

Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.
