Customer Service Agent

Job Description Job Description We are currently looking for customer service reps that are seeking a full time job. We have a call center located in Hollywood that provides a 24/7 answering service for different service industries nationwide across the US. Job Requirements:

• Must speak fluent english (bilingual is a )

• Must be responsible and be able to arrive at work AND on time on a consistent basis.

• Must have great attention to detail.

• Must have a professional and polite personality

• Computer proficient

• Moderate to excellent typing skills

• Have a strong customer service background (in person or on the phone)

• Must be able to consistently work well with others and in groups. (Team player) WE HAVE 3 SHIFTS: (Being flexible is a ) Office Hours 24/7

• Morning- 7am to 3pm

• Evenings- 3pm to 11pm

• Overnight- 11pm to 7am 30 minute lunch breaks are paid Day to Day Operations Include:

• Answering calls to attend to new customers

• Answering calls to attend to existing customers

• Communication with technicians to ensure jobs are being handled correctly.

• Relaying messages both verbally and typed to technicians and customers. WE OFFER:
