Job Description Job Description We are currently looking for customer service reps that are seeking a full time job. We have a call center located in Hollywood that provides a 24/7 answering service for different service industries nationwide across the US. Job Requirements:
Must speak fluent english (bilingual is a )
Must be responsible and be able to arrive at work AND on time on a consistent basis.
Must have great attention to detail.
Must have a professional and polite personality
Computer proficient
Moderate to excellent typing skills
Have a strong customer service background (in person or on the phone)
Must be able to consistently work well with others and in groups. (Team player) WE HAVE 3 SHIFTS: (Being flexible is a ) Office Hours 24/7
Morning- 7am to 3pm
Evenings- 3pm to 11pm
Overnight- 11pm to 7am 30 minute lunch breaks are paid Day to Day Operations Include:
Answering calls to attend to new customers
Answering calls to attend to existing customers
Communication with technicians to ensure jobs are being handled correctly.
Relaying messages both verbally and typed to technicians and customers. WE OFFER:
