Customer Service Advocate - Healthcare Entry Level

HEALTHCARE - Customer Service Representative Join a rapidly growing successful health insurance company, who is a top market leader, that provides servicing solutions and competitive products to satisfy the business needs of its clients . We are looking for entry level customer service representatives who can handle daily calls pertaining to insurance and benefits and can give great customer service. COMPETITIVE PAY AND WEEKLY PAY.

OVERTIME AVAILABLE Needs to be open to weekend schedule. Responsibilities: Provides prompt, accurate, thorough and courteous responses to all customer inquiries. Performs research as needed to resolve inquiries.

Ensures effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries. Accurately documents inquiries. Problem solving and problem resolutions skills are required.

Skills/Qualifications: REQUIRED TO HAVE: At least 6 months to a year of CALL CENTER experience.
