No Degree Required Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, customers, and partners. Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service by actively advocating on behalf of customers. Address inquiries, provide support solutions, and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen relationships.

Handle inbound and outbound calls (200/day). Gather additional information about customers' needs, de-escalate upset customers, and provide solutions to their concerns/problems. Actively listen to customer inquiries to determine their needs and provide accurate information regarding credit decisions based on submitted applications. Ensure daily tasks are completed in compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant state and federal regulations.
