What you'll do

As a Customer Service Advisor, you are often the first and last face our customers see. You will create lasting impressions and build loyal customers by using your knowledge of our products and services. No matter your experience, our training program will prepare you to be skilled, confident, and exceptional under the hood and communicating with our guests.

  • Deliver a positive first impression to each guest with a warm, friendly greeting

  • Present oil change options and additional services based on manufacturer recommendations

  • Build trust and win repeat, loyal customers

  • Evaluate customers' needs, working quickly and efficiently

  • Provide hands-on assistance under the hood as needed

  • Master products, services, and company knowledge

VIEW JOBS 11/15/2022 12:00:00 AM 2023-02-13T00:00 <p>Position Title:Repair Planner</p><p>Reports To: General Manager</p><p>Our Company:</p><p>For over 45 years, Service King has been a collision repair operator of choice, with 335 locations in 24 states with a mission to provide a secure, fulfilling workplace that motivates our teammates to deliver safe, superior repairs with excellent customer service.</p><p>Position Summary:</p><p>The Repair Planner is responsible for writing Direct Repair Program compliant estimates, assisting the repair process pre and post-vehicle teardown and ensuring quality repairs are provided in a timely manner.</p><p>This position requires teammates to have a proven track record of high performance, possess an advanced level of technical knowledge regarding collision repair estimatics, have the ability to communicate detailed repair processes to Technicians, and be familiar with major insurance carrier procedures and requirements.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Write Estimates &amp; Supplements: Review vehicle damage and write quality estimates using CCC One estimating system; Write supplement based on discoveries. Create precise repair plans for production management.
