We are currently looking for a dynamic individual as a Customer Service Advisor II for our Customer Focus Center organization at our Corporate Headquarters located in The Woodlands, Texas.

What will be expected of you?
Managing day-to-day relationships and orders for complex, key customer accounts, ensuring proficient and knowledgeable customer service is provided with a sense of integrity and trust. Research and resolve customer invoice disputes while working closely with credit, sales, customers, and accounts receivable. Must be able to serve as subject matter expert for Customer Focus processes and handle multiple projects in addition to account management
User Acceptance Testing and SAP Transport Testing. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for policies and procedures. Manage additional assignments/projects without impacting completion of Customer Service Advisor priorities. Owns and manages at least one additional process, I.E. Return Material Approval, Customer Master Data, Tracker, Reporting SME, onboarding process (facilitating and assisting with training of new employees)
Effectively and pro-actively manage delivery issues through resolution and make necessary monetary decisions based on sound knowledge. Consistently provide tactful communication non-verbally, verbally and in writing
Ability to influence internal and external customers and provide regular feedback and pro-active communication
Serve as a mentor and escalation point for colleagues and help problem solve urgent issues
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?
Demonstrated success in the above key accountabilities and responsibilities
A high school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of related experience. An Associate's Degree in Technical/Business field with 2 years related experience is preferred
Must have a level of proficiency with Outlook, Cloud, Internet, Word and PowerPoint program
Infrequent business travel
Strong communication skills, ability to get things done when others cannot, and a high level of proficiency in Excel, data analysis and research
Ability to effectively work with external customers in order to deescalate issues that arise and ensure ease of doing business for both Huntsman and the customer
