The Customer Service Associate will be an essential team member focused on customer service through inputting orders, client communication, work order releases, due date management, and organization. This key associate will be responsible to ensure that orders are input accurately and timely, communications with the various clients are clear and concise, and production is notified of pending orders. A successful candidate will have very strong time management skills, is capable of multitasking, and can problem solve with the customer in mind. The CSA will be in constant communication with multiple functional groups within the organization, including Operations, Purchasing and Sales, and, most importantly, our external customers. We are looking for a candidate who is team oriented, an excellent communicator, very organized, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while managing their time effectively.
Manage work orders and sales orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and the Netsuite ERP system.
Review and manage system inventories in both systems to validate sufficient materials on hand/on order.
Create system reports for internal team members and external clients.
Maintain communication with clients to ensure their needs are meant in a timely and accurate manner.
Invoicing clients for production, warehousing, etc.
Ensure timely shipments of the client's product.
Strong technical skills, working with MS Office, WMS, and ERP systems.
Extensive experience working with external clients.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
Must have the ability to work independently.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
High School diploma or general equivalency diploma
3 - 5 years of Customer Service experience
1 - 2 years working in the production and/or manufacturing industry, preferred
